1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using sassybathcreations.com (the "Site") and /or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place orders.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into binding contracts.

3. Products & Orders

Sassy Bath Creations LLC offers bath and body products including solid soaps, bath salts, lotions, scrubs, and custom orders (the "Products") for purchase via the Site and at pop-up events. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. All Products are handmade therefore, slight variations in color may occur.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods include, credit cards, Venmo, cash(in-person only), and gift cards (which do not expire).

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled via standard shipping unless otherwise specified. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may vary. Risk of loss transfers to you when Products leave our facility.

6. Return & Refund Policy

- Products must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return; we donot accept open or used items. 

- 15% restocking fee may apply to each returned item at the discretion of Sassy Bath Creations staff.

- Refunds processed to your original payment method once items are received and inspected.

- Shipping for returns is paid by the customer and is non-refundable.

7. Custom Orders

Custom product orders are reviewed per request. Order policies - including supplies required, turnaround time, and delivery quotes - are communicated during the quote process. Custom order items are not eligible for return and are non-refundable.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site or Content, including unlawful behavior, spamming, impersonation or uploading malicious software. Violations may result in termination of access or legal actions.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content - images, text, logos, and designs - are owned by Sassy Bath Creations LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

- Products are provided "as-is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

- Sassy Bath Creations LLC is no liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

- Liability is capped to the extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sassy Bath Creations LLC and its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand arising from your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Site or Products.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes means acceptance. 

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Colorado. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Denver or Littleton, Colorado.
